The Rockhurst Hawks improved their conference record to 4-1 with an 8-1 victory over Illinois Springfield on Friday at RU's Loyola Park Tennis Courts.

After sweeping all three doubles matches, Rockhurst won five singles matches in straight sets. Springfield's lone point was a default in No. 6 singles.

The Hawks (10-6 overall) host Quincy on Saturday, April 13 at 2 p.m.
